How did you know about the Auroras?
It is no secret, I use several aurora alerting services to let me know when activity is happening in my area. One is Aurora Alerts by SoftServeNews.com and another is Aurora Forecast by Aurora-Service.org.
What does it take to capture amazing images?
The short answer... It varies.
The long answer... It depends. Mostly it depends on the subject being photographed, the time of day, where it is located, how much planning is required and what the outcome will be.
Sometimes I get lucky and capture an amazing image just by being at the right place at the right time. But most of the time, there are weeks of planning; to be exactly at a certain location at a certain time to capture a specific scene. Sometimes those scenes last a few moments others all night from dusk to dawn.
What is your favorite thing to photograph?
This is an easy one... I love to photograph mother nature at her finest and most beautiful. Sometimes this is at 2am with an aurora over head. Sometimes it is 8am on a crisp fall morning. Other times it is 10pm on a long summer evening sunset.
Do you license your images for digital use?
I do offer digital licensing of my images on a case by case basis. Visit the licensing page for more details.
Can I commission you for a private project?

How do I place an order?
We have tried to make our ordering system as simple as possible. We have designed it to be a three step process. After you have browsed the catalog and found your favorite piece(s) complete the following:
Select the material you want your art produced on.
Select your size
Select the quantity and add to cart
When you're ready to complete your order, click "Shopping Cart" on the top right of the page and follow the instructions.
What payment options do you accept?
Our credit card merchant allows you the opportunity to use just about any US based major credit card.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our Customer Support Team. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Please visit our returns page or contact us for alternate options.
We are unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual items. You will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one. Thanks for your patience!
When will my credit card be billed?
The credit card is billed at the time the order is placed.
How can I find a specific item available in your catalog?
Enter the exact title of the art piece into the search box at the top of the website. Alternatively you can search for keywords using the search box as well.
How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your website?
BrianGailey.com submits the artwork directly to our printing partner sized at the dimensions listed on our site. However, due to production standards sizes can vary slightly up to ½". If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Gift Certificates are not currently available at this time but it is something we are working on.

What type of packaging do you use?
We offer three types of shipping; Standard, Crate and Limited Edition, each with its own safety precautions and requirements. Please visit the Shipping page for more info.

How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be provided via email. When the production partner creates the shipping label.

Is my package insured?
BrianGailey.com guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a refund or a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Support Team.
Can I ship to a Post Office box?
To ensure proper and prompt delivery, BrianGailey.com recommend shipping to a physical street address. Preferably a business address where a signature is required for delivery. If you cannot receive delivery at your business address we recommend using a 3rd party location such as a FedEx Office, UPS Store or privately owned mailbox business.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time shipping is limited to the Contiguous United States.
